Dinner ideas?

I am getting ready to go browse the food network's website but know that I may be able to find better/less-complicated recipes here. Smile

I am looking for easy to prepare meals for when I get home from work.

Don't take me wrong, I love take out, but one can only eat pizza and fried rice so much... I want healthier easy to make choices.

Bring it on girls!

  • Tacos or fajitas (though you'd have to marinate the meat for fajitas)

I know! I make those regularly. Thanks for the reminder.

    Kristin,

    I absolutely loved your BIO!

Loved your belly pictures! (I wish I would've done something like that when I was pg.)

Your baby is adorable! I loved your "watch me grow" section. You are gifted!

And I will try many of your recipes.

    THANKS!

  • I am going to attempt to make stuffed cabbage tonight.  It's been awhile since I made it, but sounds yummy.  You should totally make Bright's red beans and rice if you want something easy!  I have made it 3 times now. : )
  • Thanks swtmely!

If you can't tell, I've gotten lazy about adding more recent pictures. :)
