I'm ALWAYS right, afterall!!!!
I swear, I can tell him until I'm blue in the face something...he doesn't listen or won't agree, but as soon as he hears the exact same thing from a co-worker, friend or relative.....THEN he agrees/believes/whatever.
I was right about the kitchen floors..we are getting a darker shade like I said from the start...what changed his mind..he polled his co-workers and his boss said golden oak shades look like they belong in old people's homes. (Something I had said TOO...but once his BOSS said it, then its true)
and now I'm right about him going back to college...something I suggested a YEAR ago when he got laid off his job. He never finished his degree. I told him to finish it, he argued "no, I have enough experience that getting a degree won't affect my ability to make money." So I dropped it...and he is makign more money than I am with my degree...so whatever....no biggie.
So what came in the mail last night...info about getting a degree. I asked what changed his mind "well, one of my co-workers is considering it too."
From now on I am calling up his co-workers or friends and saying "could you tell DH this." because apparently my opinion does not count.
It's almost frustrating....
Am I alone???
Re: you would THINK my husband would just listen to me.
