How much sand & groundcover?
How many bags of play sand do I need for the Turtle Sandbox?
Also - in this little play area we're making what kind of flooring/ground cover would you use? Right now it's in dirt & I'm thinking I'll put down mulch. Is there a more kid friendly option?

You could probably get away with 2 bags of sand. As for the mulch, we were able to find a kid specific mulch. It's ground pretty fine and has no chemicals. Allegedly, whatever tree they use is a natural mosquito repellent too. We got it from a local mulch yard though.
