someone on 12-24 posted that windowcoverings.org is providing free kits to childproof blinds in your home. kits for blinds purchased after 1995 include a cord lock and pre 1995 kits include tassels for the cord and the cord lock. there is also a kit for vertical blinds. the kits ship free too!
