heart issue girls?

hi girls - I was born with a hole in my heart and had tetrology of fallot to correct it at 3 months of age. I'm on beta blockers currently for bouts of tachyardia and have noticed over the past week that I've become very, very tired and my tachyardia episodes are happening more frequently. I get worried because most of the "symptoms" of heart failure are the same pregnancy symptoms...I go back to my doctor next week, but just wondering if anyone has noticed a drastic change in energy levels? FWIW I was in bed at 7:30 last night!!

Call your doctor now.  Women with corrected tetralogy of fallot usally do very well, but I do not like the symptoms you are describing.  It is normal to experience increased fatigue in the thrid tri, but your heart is different.  Please call.

Hi!! I have the same heart defect and have had two surgeries! I started having more palpitations today and I have been super tired also. I know I have not been drinking as much water as I should-so I did this morning and it seemed to help alot. Let me know how everything turns out! I have another echo this week! I am glad I found someone in the same situation!
