Talk to me about fancy fitteds :-)

Because I'm not sure I get it, but I'm being lured in by adorable patterns. 

Basically we are building a stash of BG 3.0s because they are easy, and Daddy and sitter friendly.  We've been using them for awhile and really like them.  I just wanted to maybe add in a few fitteds to rotate in.  I hit up the DS forums and realized I am clueless about all things fitted. 

You do still need to use covers, right?  No matter how pretty it is?

Fitteds do need a cover.  Our B4s (www.hyenacart.com/bububebe) last about 1.5 hours at home coverless.  They are so beautiful and squishy and super absorbant

You do still need a cover...technically. Our stash is about 70% fitteds though and I don't ever put a cover on DD unless we're out. She goes coverless in her GMs for anywhere from 1-3 hours (if napping) and does fine. It lets her bum breathe a little AND we get to enjoy the cute prints

So my son who is a heavy wetter is not a good candidate,  But if a Mama wanted to hunt something down for her sweet little girl, what might you ladies recommend?  Also, there are one-size options, right?  Or are most fitteds sized?

DS is a super heavy wetter and always has been   There is hope!!

B4s and GMs are one-size... I'd try to find a couple of used ones cheap so you can figure out what fits best.  GMs didn't fit DS very well and I didn't find them as absorbant as B4s.  B4s, I think, fit chunky thighs better...

There are several OS fitted options. Most of our fitteds are GMs, which are one size. We also have a Mutt 3SR (which is a OS). I'm pretty sure B4s are OS too. You can get a pretty good deal on a GM nowadays
