7 weeks and we haven't heard back. I just called the # to check up on the status, and they're closed from 11-1.

Mine took FOREVER...I had to get them done 3 seperate times b/c they said the first two were too smudged or blurry. Our agency did them the first two times and I ended up paying $25 and getting them done at the police station the last time...they finally went through that time!
Good luck, it's so frustrating to be held up for these little details!
Ugh. Waiting on other people is one of the most frustrating parts. And bad hours also blows.

I highly recommend calling back later and checking on them. My friend waited forever for hers, and when she finally called, she was told they didn't go through because they were smudged--someone just forgot to contact her about it. She then had them redone and expedited, and got them back quickly with no problem.
Why are people always on vacation OR the office is closed for lunch?????? I know that people need to eat and go on vacation BUT really really does it have to happen when we are all trying to get some answers?????
