Hey ladies ~
Hoping you can help me with some cribs! DH and I have been looking and found a set we loved at Babies R Us.

Once we got home though, we realized we couldn't fit that crib with a rocker in the room (very small with tons of windows). We thought since the crib has to be turned lengthwise in the center of the room in order to fit a glider (not widthwise against the wall) that we would look at more of the old school cribs where the 2 ends are higher (instead of the one sided back). Unless we skip a rocker/glider...which I hear from friends is a must???

Then we realized this is a drop side and doesn't convert (which we wanted). So does anyone know of any cribs that have the higher ends that will still convert and are not drop side? I can't seem to find anything that will work:(
Sorry this is so long...hope the links work I don't remember how to PIP
Re: Crib question
I found this one on BRU that is what I think you are looking for:
Click
There are a few other ones on their website. I just went to categories, furniture. Then narrowed it down to cribs, and then on the left side I chose to view just the convertible cribs. The only drawback is I don't know if those are dropsides....you'll have to do the research.
This comes in more colors.

You can also get it from cribs.com and I think they sell the conversion kit too.
We never used a glider in the room with DS. We had one in the living room and used it for about a month or so then put it in storage. We have a little rocking chair in his room to read his books at night but that could just as easily be done in the living room as well.
I honestly don't think a glider is a must have.
