The JCC on the Upper West Side has great prenatal classes (they start again in Sept.). ?Aquamoms has classes that are similar to the JCC, but they're much more expensive (they're also in a smaller pool which can be more crowded, doesn't have nice changing rooms & is too hot). ?Aquamoms' instructor also has us do some moves that my ob-gyn said not to (stomach crunches, etc.) ?The truth is that you can do almost any water aerobics class, the prenatal ones just usually omit deep stomach workouts.
