Hi there! First off, I love your nursery. It came together beautifully! I have a question about your shag rug. I think I remember you saying you got it at Target right? Is this the same one?
I am wondering how creamy the color is in person? Is it close to white, off white or very cream? I see you have white furniture and it looks great in your room, so that helps me. I have espresso furniture, but the blinds are white (hope to cover with some kind of drapes), the chandelier is antique white and the bedding is ivory.
Also, I found the same rug on ebay for about $30 cheaper with shipping. I'm debating whether I should get that one to save the $$, but then of course there are no returns. How is the quality of the rug? Thanks in advance for any info you can give me.
Re: *~*~*~ALP~*~*~*
Hey there! Yup, that looks like the exact rug, I paid 99 bucks for it in store and it was from their "Home" line, so it looks to be the same one.
The color is very close to true white. All of our furniture is white, the blinds are white, and the drapes are white and this rug goes perfectly with them, it is not really very creamy or anitque white at all.
The quality is great. It is a thin rug, so not super thick like an expenisve wool rug would be, BUT it is so very soft and very plush. If you walk on it barefoot you are in heaven, and I cant wait for the baby to have tummy time on there, it is very, very soft and in my opinion a great value for the price. I spent hundreds of dollars on the rugs for my boys rooms, and I am just as happy with this rug as I am with the more expensive ones.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
