cramping!!

Im 32 1/2 weeks. Ive been up all night long with lower abdomen pain. It feels like im about to start my period. This is my second pregnancy and I guess im so worried because I had no problems with my daughter. I never hurt or anything. He doesnt feel low, actually he feels like hes in a ball up high but my lower stomache feels like it is on fire and cramping so bad. This has been going on for about 6 hours now. I have a heating pad on right now, its taking some of the pain away.
