since we have so many pg mommies and so many either ttc or chomping at the bit to ttc. anyone have names picked out for #2?

I know if we have another boy we love the name Landon but can't decide on a mn yet and can never agree on a girl's name.

I don't know if we're having another, so I'm happy to share names we liked but didn't use!  Our first pregnancy was going to be Jacob Dylan, but friends named their kids Jacob and Dylan in the time between our loss and Kiran.  For girls I like Josephine (nn Josie), Audrey, Claire, and Catalina.

I think we like Emily for a girl (Emily and Avery - but then again, it sort of sounds sing-songy like Ebony and Ivory - hahah)

and we have no names for a boy.

I do like Charlie for a boy (but not chuck or charles)

I like Kate for a girl.  We have no boy name...we had a hard enough time coming up with a name for Aidan!

ugh... we had such a hard time agreeing on the name this time... I don't even want to think aobut the forthcoming arguements to name another child.

my dh would LOVE to name a child William after his grandfather and beloved uncle, with nn Will...but I LOATHE the name william and especially hate the nn's bill, billy, willy etc... I dislike it so much that if we were to name a child that, I would never call him by his given name his entire life.  it was the source of many arugements.  I like the nn Liam (he hates).

ugh...... I just hope it's a girl next time around, and then we wont have to worry about this.

we never really discussed names, I mentioned Taylor since it was my maiden name and he instantly agreed. I have NO ideas for our 2nd baby!

We are having a harder time this time around! Our boy name last time was Benjamin Jacob (my maiden name is Jacobs.) Just this morning DH told me he likes Ty...

Girl name we like Katelyn Grace but still not 100% on that. We are open to ideas!!!!!!!?

I have our next girl's name picked out, but haven't run it by DH yet: Brigid Katherine. 

Our first son will likely be Sean Patrick (not stealing from HCLAValley... we picked it out before we were even married).  I also like the names Xavier and Blaise (the patron saint of Dubrovnik, where we honeymooned).

We are keeping out boy names, since we didn't use them.  They are Owen David or Charlie Neale.

 I recently told DH I like the name Lucy and he agreed!  It a miracle!!  I love Lucy Jane but we have a friend whose child is Elsa Jane so I don't know if it would be too close for comfort if we used Jane as a mn.  I also like Eliza Jane, which is DH's great-great grandmother's name but again, it's even closer to Elsa Jane.  And Emily and Eliza may be a little too cutesy.

Girl: Elizabeth Marie   (maybe)

Boy: Elliott James     (likely)

Miracle Social Worker

We use family names and if we have a girl it will be Lillian Jane or Deborah (my mom's name was Deborah Jane). A another boy will be named Chester after my father (possibly as a middle name)

I have lots of names I like still- my original boy list is sitting right here since mrsladd's post got me thinking and I had to dig it out.

My girl list is missing but I like Anna Pearl for a girl (my great-grandfather's name was Pearl).  I also like Emma, Emily, Sophie, Annaliese.  For middle names I like Grace, Mae, Claire, Maeve.  

Getting my dh to agree on a name is like pulling teeth though.  Hopefully it'll be much easier next time around.

My favorite girl names are Brooklyn (Brook) and Kate. Scott is 100% set on Jayden but Jax and Jayden seem to matchy-matchy for me???

Boy names: Who knows...we already used our two favorites...Jaxon Tyler. My other top names that Scott said no too were Drew and Jacob.

We aren't ready to ttc yet, but here are the names we like.

Boys: Aidan (we picked the name about 7-8 years ago when we were dating).  We also like Ian, Liam, Christopher, Gavin.  We may use Christopher or Matthew as a mn if we have another boy.

Girls: Our two top picks are Natalie Rose and Claire Kathleen (the mns are our mom's names).  Other names that we've considered are Caitlin, Melora, Elizabeth, Lauren, and Adeline.

We are not TTC #2..

If we have a boy.. we will PROBABLY use Brady.. but I may change my mind about that.. Reid has really been sticking with me lately.

I am having a really hard time with a 2nd girl name.. our 2nd choice for Eve was Grace.. but I don't think I will use it if we had another girl. It seems kind of bland and common to me, Also we want to use the middle name Ruth, so I would like a multi-syllable first name.Possibly Sadie or Violet or Ruby.
