Book review?

Despite my ramblings, etc. below, i love the fact that our agency has a blog, and periodically updates adoption-related book suggestions. This one looked good (they say it's a great one to share with family as well), and wanted to know if anyone had read it and could give a review.

Adoption: Choosing it, Living It, Loving it
