We are working on our registry. We really like the BOB stroller or the baby jogger city mini as our main stroller. But we also are looking to get a more lightweight stroller for quick trips.
What stroller(s) do you have and do you like them?
We have a bugaboo for the stroller we use around the neighborhood. I love it. We got it on craigslist for a steal.
Then we keep a MacLaren Triumph umbrella stroller in the car for use at the mall, etc. We started using that once he could sit up good (around 7 months). Prior to that, we have the MacLaren snap and go (I don't think that is what it is call, but it is the base that you put the car seat on). It was great and had a big basket underneath (better than the graco version).
In the beginning, we used the Graco Snugrider stroller frame with the Snugride carseat. We absolutely loved it! It weighs nothing and was so easy for me to get it in and out of the car when I was by myself. Now, we have the Chicco Cortina. We originally wanted a Maclaren and still love them, but my DH was concerned about the canopy not being big enough to protect Jacob if we were out in the sun and the lack of cupholders. The Cortina is a little heavy, but the handle height works perfectly for us since we're both tall.
we used the snap'n'go for the first 5ish months. we didn't even buy a "regular" stroller before that. when he got too heavy for his chicco infant seat, we got the Chicco Trevi stroller. love it. smaller than cortina but larger than just an umbrella stroller. folds up small and i can open/close it with just one hand while holding DS (seriously, try this maneuver in a BRU store! you'll be glad to have a one-handed stroller!!) we also have a cheapie BRU umbrella for DH's car. we dont use it often but it works perfectly for every now and then
For a more lightweight option, I LOVE our Quinny Zapp. ?It folds down really small, has great quality wheels (most umbrella stroller wheels suck), pushes easily, etc. ?And it comes in a bunch of fun colors.
We have the Bumbleride Indie jogger for our main stroller and I love that one, too. ?I use it a lot for walks around the neighborhood and on trails, but it is also small enough that I can take it shopping or through the airport without much difficulty. ?Folds and unfolds easily.?

I have the Baby Jogger City Mini. When Kiran was in the infant seat, though, 99% of the time we used the infant seat with a snap-n-go. Now that he's in a convertible seat, the Jogger is our only stroller. Pros -- lightweight, folds with one hand, easy to maneuver. Cons -- basket underneath is basically useless. It's good for walks around the neighborhood, taking the baby into the city on the train, etc. If you want something for shopping, etc., it's probably not good, I can't drive it around the store and load up the basket like I could with the Snap n Go. I just got a shopping cart cover and tend to put K in the shopping cart for trips like that. I don't know that you would need a regular stroller that's more lightweight, if anything I would wait until one of those tiny umbrella strollers is sufficient.

I also have the City Mini. It's great...very lightweight and folds up easily in one motion. ?We have the Graco Snugride carseat so it snaps into the City Mini stroller.
I have the graco snugrider Snap N Go thing.. LOVE it..
We also have a Combi Cosmo lightweight stroller. I like that a lot too.. mostly cuz it is so light.. the downside to that is, the basket underneath is TINY and hard to access... so I can SORT of fit my purse in it, but not really the diaper bag would never fit. But it handles well and is easy to carry/fold (it even has a shoulder strap for carrying).
I am looking to get a jogging stroller off craigslist though, because neither of our strollers are great for bumpy/uneven sidewalks or like on grass or anything.

I have a friend that has a BOB and loves it.
I have the Graco one from my travel system... honeslty, I have had no issues with it, the bulkiness etc....
my umbrella is the Maclaren Triumph. it's great!
