Parenting after a Loss

Jillian kicked my butt!

So after having it for at least a month, I finally got off of my butt and did the 30 Day Shred.  It really is a great workout. 

Now I just have to figure out how to do this every day.  Hmmm.....

  • I was doing that before I got pg and it was the best workout! I noticed a difference in my abs and thighs within a week.  It kicked my butt though and I was so sore.  I didn't make it past Level 2 though because then I got pregnant and I thought it might be too intense.  Plan to go back to after a few weeks!
