I think that I read somewhere that keeping fat intake low before the ET actually makes a difference. Has anyone else seen that? The reason I'm asking is that I am craving bad food right now. I want like a cinnabon bun or something equally horrid. Terrible, I know!

Re: Low fat diet between ER & ET?
Not sure, but I have heard that pineapple core helps with implantation... cut it in 5 pieces & have one every day.... HTH
GL!
No idea on the IVF diet but here's my idea...Eat the pineapple core and chase it with the cinnabon!
I have heard the pineaple core too...but boy I am not sure how I would eat it. Isn't a pineapple core impossible to chew...or do you cut it in small pieces and swallow it like a pill...just curious..
I would totally get a cinnabon...you deserve it.

I think I heard low-fat if they will be freezing the embryos in your blood??? not sure how true that is, but that's all I can remember from some crazy search I did.
Eat the cinnabon just make sure you only eat 1
