That's what someone wrote to you?   I think they'd permanently be on my bad side. What a horrible thing to say.   How did it happen? Do they need the birds and the bees talk? I mean really, who asks that? tacky.

It could be worse.  When we told my grandparents they said NOTHING.  My grandfather made some kind of noise like "Haha" and "wow" said together.  That's it.  No congratulations.  Not to this day.

"You will have your hands full".... no sh!t, Sherlock! This was always my favorite when I told people I was expecting twins with my first pregnancy. I always responded with "Better full than empty". That usually shut them up. Some people really don't think before they speak!

And I agree on the "How did this happen" comment. Do they really think that's any of their business???
