dropping a feeding, ?...

I am weaning DD off the breast and I started replacing one bf with a bottle and was going to do this every few days until she is weaned. Some one previous mentioned dropping one every 3 days, but should I drop one every week? Also, if I work tues and wednesday and only pump 2x and the feed her in am and pm (4 times today pump and feed), would i be ok to pump in the am when I replace her bottle (on those days since I dont feed her as much as non-working days), or would that mess up not feeding her the first am feeding? TIA
