I have some REALLY exciting news.

I just got off the phone with Carlinlp and it turns out that the 2nd Annual Halloween Fundraiser is in the works!!!

(carlinlp- I hope you don't mind that I'm already spilling the beans, I'm just really excited).

Last year, it was limited to 10 families. This year, we have decided to do more of a "drop in" party so that more folks can join us.

We haven't ironed out all of the details, but it looks like the date will be Saturday, October 10th. For a donation (I'm thinking this year it would be awesome for the money to go to MD Anderson Cancer Center- where Jon had his surgery), Lyndsay will provide your family with a digital image of your LO in his or her halloween costume. I'll have the bouncy house set up outside, along with a sand and water table for the kids to play in after their photos. There will be food and drink for the adults and kids.

That IS exciting! I would love to participate. But, there's a UT home game that day. However, if it's still really hot out, we probably won't be able to go since we'd have to take DD with us. SO, I'll have to tell DH that we should do this instead. Maybe DH and Jon could go to the game and DD and I can hang with y'all. I'd miss a game for this GREAT cause. Smile Either way, I am definitely interested!
