A question I should know the answer to...

How do you determine how many days your cycle is??  Lil was a suprise baby so I have not really ever TTC before.  And my cycle pre pg was pretty irregular.  I would have AF for about 5-7 days each month...  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    CD 1 is the first day of true red blood.

    You can set up a free chart at fertilityfriend dot com.

    Then you can track your cycles as much or little as you want (in terms of temps, cm, etc.)

    Day 1 is the first day of your period.  So the last day is the last day before you get your period again.

    Your cycle starts on the first day you have red blood and the last day of your cycle is the day before you start bleeding again. (So, from period to period)
