No, I get why she said it.  Famous people, because they can pay doctors to do/get whatever they want, rather than what they need.  Poor people, because a lot of the time you get stuck with what you can afford in insurance coverage, and that sometimes means not the best doctors, or doctors who have too many patients due to how insurance works.
