I feel like she should be STTN by now. She sleeps from 9:30p-2:30a then 3:30-7:30 at night. Which is not bad, but when is she going to drop that night feeding? Maybe the EBFing is why she wakes up to eat.

its definitely not the EBFing that is why she wakes up to eat. My DS has STTN since 3 weeks and he is EBF.. maybe try making sure he eats every two hours instead of 3 during the day and top him off really well at the last feeding.
My DS didn't STTN until he was 14 months. I EBF'd for the first 6 months and thought starting solids might help, but nope. We tried every method out there, including CIO, and nothing worked.
My LO will be 3 mos on Monday & he had been doing a 4 or 5 hr stretch but a week ago reverted to every 3 hrs - sleep @ 9, wake @ 12, sleep at 1, wake @ 4. It's miserable and I hope it gets better soon. I pretty much EBF, have supplemented here and there only when needed.
Waking up once a night isn't bad. Christopher is doing the same thing. I have learned to function with having one less hour of sleep...it's not bad at all.
Last night he slept from 8:30 - 1:30, then 2:30 - 6:30 when I woke him because my boobs were going to explode.
He bottle fed breastmilk at 1:30. I have found that he doesn't fall asleep when given the bottle. That way I can make sure his tummy is full.
DS is almost 6 months old and he still eats twice a night, and is at least once more a night in addition to that. Only eating once at night is great at 3 months old.
Re: Anyone else's LO over 3 mos and not STTN?
DD isn't either.She goes down at 8:45-230am(sometimes 1230am) then 4-8.
She is EBF
I feel no sympathy for any of you. And technically those five hour stretches are sleeping through the night.
My guy is still waking every two hours. This can also range from 40 minutes to three hours.
