Outgrown clothes?

What did you do with your LO's outgrown clothes?  I want to keep them obviously...just not sure how I want to store them.

I've been washing them and putting them in a waterproof tote in his closet.

I washed everything and put it in a plastic bin.  I think H either put it in the basement or attic. I labeled it "Newborn Girl Stuff" so I know what's in it years down the road when I have another LO.

I put our last name in the neck of the clothes and shipped them off to my girlfriend who had a boy two months after me.  These clothes might as well get two wears out of them; it seemed like he grew so fast he barely wore the newborn size.
