Diaper champ or Diaper Genie?

I love my diaper genie. It works really well. SIL said that she heard you can use your regular garbage bags or Target bags or something in the diaper champ, though, and the diaper genie has its own thing.

Something to look into at least.

Diaper Genie!  It's super easy to use and contains all smells.  Also, it's pretty large- holds a good amount of diapers so I'm not always emptying it out.

I don't know about the Diaper Champ, but we have a Diaper Genie and love it. It gets the job done. We go through about 1 and a half refills a month.

I didn't use either, but if I had to choose I'd say Champ because you can use regular garbage bags. Genie has their own refills that can be expensive. I ended up not going with either of these big name pails, though.

I like my diaper genie. You have to buy refills, but we only use like one a month.

We have the genie.  DS's room is very small and there is absolutely no smell from the diaper genie at all.

Neither - we have a $15 diaper pale from BRU that takes regular kitchen trash bags.  Works just fine.

We have the Champ for the very reason of not having to buy the refills for them. Money is tight for us, and I figured the less refills for anything that we'd have to buy, the better. We've had good luck with it, and haven't had the smells seep through. We also only empty it once a week (garbage day) with no problems.

Diaper Champ because it uses regular trash bags and doesn't let the smell out!  I used one with DS and got another one for DD's nursery.

Diaper Champ. I love that we can use regular garbage bags and it holds a weeks worth of diapers with no smell. Worth the money!!
