I don't understand something about strangers

Why do they think it's ok to reach out and touch someone else's child that they don't know????  I never have, and would never think something like this was OK.  I'd throw a CW in their face!!Idea

    I agree. I can't believe how often it happens. My mom and I went out one day last month. We stopped for breakfast and some old woman grabbed Owen's feet. Then she preceeded to tell me he's cold Mom!  I couldn't believe it. I thought to myself well it is really hot outside and his feet would be covered up under the blanket if you didn't decide to grab them!
