prenatal yoga

does anyone know where i can take prenatal yoga classes, besides yoga on high & destination maternity at polaris?

    I took prenatal yoga through Yoga on High and LOVED it.  I have every intention of taking the baby & me yoga class once my little guy is old enough.

    If you have a YMCA membership they may offer something.  But i do highly reccomend Yoga on High!

    I agree...  I'm taking yoga right now from Yoga on High and love it!!  i would highly recommend!

    Which hospital are you delivering at? I know Riverside offers Yoga classes. Check out www.birthofamom.com

    I take prenatal yoga at Balanced Yoga on High St in Clintonville.  If you do a google seach you will find it. I love it! I am paying as I go right now because my schedule is crazy but its $15 a class or you can buy a membership.
