30 week u/s results- GD mama

Rory is a big boy   He's in the 93rd percentile, and appx 4.25 lbs.  They are estimating him to get to 9-9.5 lbs.  I can handle that!  Just stay below 10 lb, baby!

My numbers are great, and he looks perfect!  I haven't gained any weight in over a month.

I cheat on my diet about every 10 days... I'm not going to do that anymore.  I can stick it out for about 10 more weeks.

I get another u/s at 34w and another at 38w.

I had a growth ultrasound on Tues - I was 31w1d, but baby was measuring more like 35w.  They estimated him at close to 5 lbs.  I've been in great control as well and have not gained any more weight (since the initial loss after being on the GD diet).  My u/s tech said that alot of the babies she sees measuring this large ~32 weeks are just going through their growth spurt and they level off towards the end.  I am hoping that's the case.  DS #1 was 8lbs 13oz, so I know I could handle a little more, but I was really hoping for a little bit smaller baby this time!  We'll see!

My numbers have been right on as well -and my A1C last month was 4.8, so I can't imagine he's been getting too much extra.....I'm glad to know I'm not alone though!
