Vacation - Dutch Wonderland Question

We are headed to Penn next week for vacation, we were interested in knowing whether their would be enough stuff for my 10 month old to do (ie rides)?

Other than Chocolate World, any other suggestions?

Re: Vacation - Dutch Wonderland Question

  • Dutch Wonderland would be fun. Check into East Stroudsburg RailRoad.

Dutch wonderland is in Lancaster and Hershey Park (with Chocolate world) is in Hershey PA. Different locations. Just want to make sure you aren't expecting a world of chocolate in Dutch wonderland! :)

  • Dutch wonderland is geared to MUCH older kids. 3-5 year olds are ideal.

  • My mom just took DS there - he's 23 months and she said they had a blast.  I've never been there but 10 months sounds a little young to get on rides, idk.  If you are looking for things to do in the Lancaster/Hershey area there is a small "please touch" place for kids and there is also Indian Echo Cavern.

  • Strasburg Railroad occassionally has Thomas days and the Hands on House is a children's museum.  Dutch Wonderland has limited rides for a 10 month old.

  • Another fun thing is the Crayola Factory in Easton.
