I got a new phone line, so I've been having this whole saga trying to get my name changed on the caller id for the new line. I've called 4 times now, over the span of 2 weeks, and it's still not fixed.
Today's bright spark customer service person thought she had put me on mute so I couldn't hear her, and she was talking to another customer service person:
"Can you look at this? This is just a load of crap. I look at this, and all this crap is coming up! Is this MY name coming up her, or the customers?!"
LOL. I'm hoping I get picked to do a survey after this call. :-)
