Carter's tagless returns

How do I go about sending clothes back to Carter's that have the tagless tag causing rashes?  I have the phone number to call.  Do I call and just tell them I have items to send in?

    Pretty much. They are going to ask why you want to return them and if they gave your child a rash. Then they will send you an envelope with a shipping label (postage paid) and you can either put the items in that or put them in a box and tape the label onto it. I received the envelope a week after I called. Then, just drop it at the post office and your good to go. It took about 3 weeks to get my check from the day that I sent the box.

    Sorry to butt in but they don't make these anymore correct? I keep seeing posts about it & just wanted to be sure that any carter's stuff that I've gotten recently shouldn't have this issue? Thanks!
