I weigh every night before I get in the shower. It helps me stay on track. If it goes up a little then I know to take it really easy the next day. I think it helps!
I weigh myself every morning before I take a shower, but that's been my habit forever. My weight fluctuates a lot, so I don't really obsess about any single reading. I just watch for an overall pattern of going up or down. And if I'm talking about how much I've lost, only Tuesday's readings count.

Weight fluxuates due to SO MANY things, so I don't stress out about it. But it allows me to reflect on daily fluxuations .... if weight is up one morning, I can think about why and try to correct that. And if it is down, I can reflect on why it is going well and try to continue that.

I step on my scale all the time. Like twice a day. And I go to meetings.
