I haven't seen the Klondike bars at the market. I will keep my eye out.
I really like the Breyers carb smart ice cream bars with almonds. Yum.
Yesterday DH and I shared a low-carb cheesecake slice from The Cheesecake Factory for my bedtime snack. It has Splenda in it. Very yummy. Unfortunately I don't know how many carbs are in a slice.
I would just imagine it was fine and enjoy- I love cheesecake I will have to look for that there. I bought them at Safeway if that helps. I know different markets have different items but the chocolate was so good.

I had a slice of the low-carb cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory on Sunday and it was sooooo good. I thought I read somewhere that it had 6 "net carbs" which I counted as one carb serving since to get the net carbs you normally take the total carbs and subtract dietary fiber.
Be careful with the Low Carb Cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory. Here are the nutritional stats:

Not sure where they get their 6 NET carbs from - if you subtract the fiber from the total carbs, you are still getting 27g per slice. I would think twice about this at 610 cals, 27g carbs and 57 gm of fat per slice!!
