I think overall I'm not too moody, but I work at Starbucks and sometimes customers can be a bit much. Well today topped it off. One of my customers was complaining about the straw she had (we are all out of the small ones right now). She said it was collapsing and she couldn't get her blended beverage through it. I apologized and said the big straw should actually work better with the cold drinks because it allows more to go through and said maybe hers had a hole in it. So I offered her another straw and as i went to hand her another one she got really horrible attitude towards me and drove off! And while this was all happening i had to put another customer in drive through on hold, so she got mad at me. UGH!
Re: What it takes not to loose it sometimes...
I use to work at hot dog on a stick and would get people who would complain about everything. It's a damn hot dog. Calm down.
I think everyone should work a food service job at some point, most people would be so much nicer if they had to deal with it themselves.
amen to that.
