A great chocolate fix too!
(all these are aprox meas. and you can of course tweek to your taste!)
1 cup skim milk
1 ripe banana
1 tbs. peanut butter (i prefer chunky)
1 container / aprox 1/3 c of your fav yogurt (i have been using activa, to keep my digestive tract in order!)
1 packet Carnation Instant Breakfast drink - I use sugar free chocolate
handful of ice cubes and VOILA!

Sometimes I'll add blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries- whatever berry I have on hand at the time
Sometimes I'll add SunnyD- any flavor works
Sometimes I'll add chocolate syrup
Sometimes I'll add milk
Sometimes I'll add whatever strikes my fancy!
No measuring here, either, just guesstimates.
Mine-
3/4 cup soy milk
1 container fat free Fage greek yogury (90 cals and 15 grams protein!)
About a cup of frozen fruit (I like strawberries, mangos and pineapple)
Water as needed to thin things out
-If I want a little extra sweetness I add agave nectar
-If I want extra protein I add tofu
