So we scheduled our 3d4d ultrasound appointment for a month from now. It's actually going to be on my birthday and my husbands birthday is the day before, what a great present! I'll be right at the end of 25 weeks. At our 18 week ultrasound the little stinker had it's ankles crossed and the tech said it "looked" like a girl. She didn't sound so confidant so I'm hoping this time the baby shows us it's gender. So to all the ladies who have had this ultrasound already, was there anything you did before you went in to have a better experience? Did you eat or drink anything before hand to kind of wake your little one up? I know every baby is different but I was just curious about your experiences. Thanks

I think I'm going to try some organge juice ...should do the trick -right?!?!
We just did this last week. It was amazing! Worth every penny!
I was told to drink either apple juice or orange juice right before the ultrasound. So I drank apple juice while I was in the waiting room. It seemed to work because the baby was wide awake and moving around quite a bit.
I don't know about you, but my baby is always most active whenever I'm sitting. So maybe if you walk around a bit before you get there, depending on the appointment time, baby will be all rested up and ready to participate.
Good luck!
