2nd Trimester

Dear Co-workers...

A mini-rant to my co-workers....

Please but your cell phones on vibrate when they are at your desk.  It's very annoying when you walk away from your desk and your cell phone starts ringing.  I really do not need to hear your "insert trendy song here" ringtone every 5 minutes until you get back to your desk.

Please do not put your phone on speaker unless you have an actual office in which you can close your door, not everyone around you wants to hear your conversations.

If you do have a door on your office.... use it, as above, I do not need to hear your personal phone calls/ conferences calls or discussions with other employees.

To the woman who sits 3 cubes away from me.... you're old and not in high school anymore.  Please stop gossiping and spreading rumors about people, it's just sad.

ahhh... i'm done... thank you :-)

Re: Dear Co-workers...

  • At my previous job my manager used to put the phone on speaker every single time someone called or she called and for the first several months there she didn't have her own office. It drove everyone batty! Plus, that's horribly rude, especially since the people calling rarely knew they were on speaker!

  • do we work in the same office? LOL The putting your cell on silent is now part of our manual yet the Partners are the worst one and they just love to walk around talking on there phones, very loudly! I'm really sick of that and my coworkers who feel the need to stop by my desk (while i have head phones on) to ask me how i'm feeling... really I'm pregnant and have allergies how do you think i feel??
