I stay home on Tues/Thurs and yesterday was a particularly trying day to be home with the kids. DS is 3 1/2 and just chooses to not listen.  I found myself yelling at this poor kid. And I get really disgusted with myself then.

So. THANK YOU! For letting me feel like I'm normal.

Your welcome!  I too have been having a rough couple of days with my dtr and feel like I am yelling at her constantly for not listening and then in turn feel horrible.  It is good to vent and good to hear other parents have their moments too!  While I love being a mom and there are so many wonderful things about it, there are days when this child quite literally drives me to drink!   Then I think twice about ttc #2 which we will be doing shortly and then I won't even be able to drink!
