We went down to Venice Beach and it was so beautiful and breezy that like a complete bonehead I refused to put sunscreen on beyond the SPF 15 lotion I use all day long and now I am huuuuuurting. ?

?My shoulders are crispy. ?BUT my farmer's tan is gone...

I did that yesterday when we went out for the 4OJ festivities.  My excuse is that it takes so long to get all three kids ready to go (diaper changes, last minute potty trip, sippy cups, etc.) that I can't be bothered to put sunscreen on myself.  The problem is that I've had melanoma in the past.  DH was not happy with me.
