AW: 1st house!!!!

DH and I got word this evening that our offer on a house was excepted!  So pending any disasters found in the inspection, we will be moving into our first house soon!  I am so excited because we have an offer to build a house but it will not be done until a month and a half after DD is born which is bad timing.  I am so excited.  It is not my "dream house" (but who gets their dream house their 1st house--right?) and needs some work (that DH swears he will get done before we move in) but it is in a cute neighborhood near downtown Buda with a 1/2 acre of land.  Keep fingers crossed it will work out!

Congratulations! Hope all goes well with the inspection. We moved about two months after baby and it was not a fun thing to do...I'd definitely do it before if we had the option!
