3 month growth spurt??

So I think LO is going through a growth spurt, waking up more in the nt, eating more, VERY fussy and not napping well during the day. Does this sound like it? If so, will she just at one pt go back to only waking once at night vs the 2-3 times she has been waking the last 2 nights? making me nuts!
