So I just started taking my 2 1/2 DD and 8 mo DS to the playground near our home alone a few weeks ago (DS is a fussy one and DD is a bundlefull) and today I decided to practice my new goal of letting my DD do what she wants to do as long as she's not putting something in her mouth, getting hurt or potentially going to hurt someone else...give her more freedom so we get along better! And she put wood chips into all the puddles and also stomped in the puddles and I kept telling myself she isn't getting hurt and her and her water shoes she had one are both washable...and when I said it was time to leave, she came to the car with no problem!!!!! First time!!!!!!!!!!
