Yep, but then I sent my DD to daycare with the rash so I have a different perspective. It's actually most contagious even before the fever shows up, so it's being spread when parents don't even realize that their kids have anything, unfortunately.
depends on if you want to take the chance or not. If the fever is gone then he's not contagious anymore. I'm not sure what I'd do, Jack has had it, Mason has not. I remember how miserable Jack was when he had it, I'm not sure I'd want to deal with it again (this time of year).
I think once the fever breaks and the rash appears-they are no longer contagious. I'd probably go anyways...it's just a little virus-most kids get it eventually.

The only way I wouldn't go is if there was another child in their house who hadn't had it. They could be in the beginning and contagious stages after catching it from him. Otherwise, I wouldn't think twice.
Yes, I believe it's only contagious before the rash shows up. Typically when the rash shows up it's after the fever breaks, so the child is no longer contagious. DD has had it before.
Re: Nephew has roseola would you still go over and visit?
My DS2 just had it....
Liam is 5!
