1st day back at work

DH is home with LO and I know they are both fine but I am a mess.  I feel like someone took a baseball bat and whacked me in the stomach when I said goodbye.  Will it get easier? ever?  I miss my little guy terribly

It does get easier but then there are also days no matter how old they are that you really miss them. Hang in there!!

It will get easier...and he will give you the biggest smile when you get home.  Just take one day at a time. 

Try to stay busy and not sit there and stare at pictures.  Its like when you break up with a BF.  You don't want to listen to your songs and read letters right away or else the water works start flowin!  But yes...it will get easier.

I've been back 1.5 months and it has gotten better. The first few days are rough.  It has gotten easier b/c I know he is happy and loves having a routine.  The only hard part is the that he is not sleeping well so I'm a zombie at work.  I have no motivation.
