My baby sleeps pretty well through the night like 11pm-8am uninterrupted. Is there any reason to have him on a day time schedule for naps? or is it ok to just let him sleep when he is tired?wherever?i am on the go? just wanted some feedback, thanks!
Let him so his own thing! You are lucky to have a good sleeper! DD sleeps pretty well most nights now, so I just let her do what she wants during the day!
If he starts sleeping too much during the day and staying up at night, then I would worry about adjusting things.
We don't have a nap schedule at all. However, I do try to at least get him to nap for a little while after he's been up for a couple hours. I'd like him to get better at daytime sleep (he's great at night) so we work on it when we can at home.
Same here. DS sleeps whenever he is tired. Normally he will sleep about two hours after waking up for the day and again around 5:30pm but by normally I mean it could be 2 hours or 3.5 after waking up, it could be at 5:00 or 6:30.
I agree with pp. Our DD sttn, so for daytime naps we don't worry too much. When it starts affecting her sleep at night, then we'll worry. But for now, she naps whenever she wants.
I can't tell you how envious I am! My dd has refused to sleep in her car seat since day 1. We have to plan our day around her getting adequate naps so that she is not ridiculously cranky. This means I am often trapped at home for most of the day.
If your LO will nap while you are out and about- enjoy it!

Yes. The car puts DD right to sleep, so as long as she is fed and changed she normally will sleep through whatever errands I need to take care of.
