Janie and Jack sizing?

Anyone have any tips on the Janie and Jack sizing? My newborn was born on May 21 four weeks early and was 5 pounds 9 ounces. I am trying to get some spring/summer things for next year on their sale, and am having a hard time guessing whether 6-12 months or 12-18 months would be the approprite sizing. Any tips on their sizing from those that have bought their items?

My dd has a lot of their clothes, and they run very large.  She only started to fit into her 0-3 month J&J clothes 3 weeks ago.  She weighed 7 lbs., 2 oz. at birth.
