We use Pampers Swaddlers and got some Kirkland given to us. DD didn't leak out of the Kirkland's but she did get a diaper rash. I think it's because they don't wick away moisture as well. She still has a wet bottom when I take the Kirkland's off and she's never had that with Pampers. I will stick with the Pampers even if they are more expensive.

ya this is what im feeling too...ill just use coupons bc Pampers are pretty amazing.

We mainly use bum genuis, except when he has diareha--then I use the Huggies Pure and Natural. They leak, but I use them b/c I like that they're more natural. When he was a newborn, I used Pamper's swaddlers on him and LOVED them.

I don't know about the leakage issue, but I HATE the way Huggies feel and fit. I LOVE Swaddlers though.

I like the Huggies better than Pampers. They leaked less on Owen and they were softer on his skin. Now we only use Bum Genius, and I love them! If your looking for a diaper that doesn't leak, try LUVS. They are rough, but if your LO doesn't have sensitive skin, then they should work great.

We started with pampers, and never really switched.  WIth DS we tried Huggies, but I didn't like how bulky they are.  With DD we got some huggies pure and natural samples, and they leave lint on MY clothes,  Ick.  We'll be sticking with pampers

 

ETA:  I should say that I do't mind the huggies as much in the bigger sizes, they don't seem as bulky.

I'm starting to think that my package of Pampers Swaddlers 1s were defective. They leaked every day. I hated them! I have had much better luck w/ Huggies & Kirkland. I don't think we've leaked once since we switched.

FWIW, it seems that most posters that like Huggies have boys. IDK if it means anything, just an observation.

I amm using Target diapers and love them!  I change him at least every two hours and have had no problems, the cost of pampers is outrageous, and Target's are actually cheaper than costco.

Huggies worked great for DD (3 years ago). They suck for DS. Luvs are #1 and then Pampers BabyDry.?
