Infant Hip Dysplasia and nursing

Hi ladies!  i was wondering if anyone on here has any experience BF with the lo wearing a Pavlik Harness.  My dd has hip dysplasia and has to wear a harness and I am having trouble figuring out how to hold her comfortably for her to nurse.  I have a called the LC and am waiting for a call back.

    I'm obviously late in responding and I hope you've heard back from your LC by now. My DD had to wear the same harness as yours. I don't remember a specific hold I did, but I do remember it was difficult and I felt like I was going to hurt her. My LC assured me that I wouldn't.

    I don't really have any advice, I just wanted to offer support.

    THank you!  I did hear back and figured out a few ways that work.  I am just so worried about holding back her progress and her having to wear a spica body cast.
