Fever of 103 after shots, not the first time though

Kaitlyn got her shots for kindergarten yesterday.  She got the Polio, DTaP, MMR, and Chicken Pox. (talk about crying, she had me in tears) Poor girl is limping around then last night she woke up in the middle of the night and she had a fever of 103.  I know she didn't have a reaction the 1st time she got the shots, has anyone had this happen?  All of the info they gave me say it is rare to not have a reaction to the first dose and then to have one after.  (I never thought I'd be asking a shot question!!!)  She is still sleeping so I don't know how she is yet this morning.
