I just sneezed myself into a doubled-over pain!?

Same thing happened last night when I rolled over on my right side -- searing sharp pain on my lower right abdomen area.

Baby kicked something hard inside of me...which had me doubled over too.  I gave him a good shout out about not hitting.  I do believe he heard as he has calmed down.
