Got to put my feet up to take care of the glorious cankles. Am up to Henry VIII's last wife in my bedside reading (a thick Margaret George novel - highly recommended for passing the hours vs. all the tossing and turning). Here's hoping for *some* good sleep and no heartburn tonight!

THIS! I will be going to sleep shortly - I just put new sheets on the bed becase it was the weekly washing so hopefully it will make me sleep better. I'm an insomniac these days so I keep putting sleep off.
